Sports coaching - Personalized approach

Personalized coaching is a support system designed to respect your body, your metabolism, and your pace. The idea is simple: the more a program is tailored to you, the more effective and enjoyable it becomes.
Each session is built according to your body composition, your energy level at the moment and your objectives (mobility, toning, weight loss, balance, well-being).
The work is done gradually, through accessible and targeted exercises. It's not about performance, but about progressing at your own pace, with a gentle and realistic approach. You also receive simple lifestyle tips to support your progress every day.
Coaching can be done individually or in groups, and is also very well suited to businesses. It helps to reduce stress, boost energy, prevent posture-related tension, and strengthen team cohesion.
No specific physical condition is required: everyone progresses according to their abilities.
The goal is to help you regain vitality, confidence and a more harmonious relationship with your body, while offering you a space to breathe and refocus.
Laughter yoga workshops - A psychophysiological approach

Laughter yoga is a wellness practice created by Dr. Madan Kataria. It is based on a simple principle: the body reacts in the same way to spontaneous laughter as to laughter triggered intentionally. In both cases, the effects on stress, energy, and mood are real.
A session blends breathing exercises, simple movements, and group laughter exercises. It's not about telling jokes, but about using the body to elicit laughter. Very quickly, laughter becomes natural and shared, and the atmosphere transforms.
Laughter yoga is now used in both wellness and corporate settings, particularly in team-building workshops. It helps release tension, easily create connections, improve the work environment, and strengthen team cohesion, all within a fun and accessible framework.
No particular level of fitness is required: everyone participates at their own pace. The goal is simply to have a pleasant time, relax, reconnect with others, and leave feeling more energized and refreshed.
Yoga & Pilates Sessions - Mind-Body Approach

Yoga is a practice originating from the spiritual traditions of India, formalized over two millennia ago in the Yoga Sutras of the sage Patanjali. Yoga combines breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asana), and concentration to harmonize the body and mind. Long taught as a discipline aimed at inner balance, it is now studied for its effects on stress, posture, and nervous system stability.
Pilates, created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, is a method designed to strengthen core muscles, improve alignment, and support controlled breathing. It was initially developed for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Although these two practices are completely different.
Studies in physiology, physiotherapy, and neuroscience indicate that Yoga and Pilates:
- improve posture and reduce lower back and neck tension
- activate the parasympathetic system via diaphragmatic breathing
- increase muscle oxygenation and flexibility
- stabilize proprioception and postural balance
- support the regulation of the autonomic nervous system ...
Guided Meditation

Meditation is an ancient practice, increasingly revisited by modern research in neuroplasticity and biofeedback.
It is, above all, a return to the present moment. It allows us to step out of autopilot mode, calm the mind, and fully reconnect with what is happening here and now. By connecting with the present moment, our inner state transforms, and our perception of life begins to change.
Each session is a time to slow down, settle in, and refocus. Through breathwork, body awareness, and visualization, the body's natural rhythms calm down. We gradually leave behind the mental turmoil to rediscover a calmer, more stable presence.
The practice is effortless and requires no particular expectation. It's not about chasing away thoughts, but about learning to remain present with what is, with greater gentleness and awareness. Over time, this presence in the present moment brings greater clarity, better emotional balance, and a more stable sense of vitality.
Sessions can be conducted individually for personalized support, or in groups to benefit from collective energy. In a corporate setting, this approach helps to take a genuine mental break, reduce pressure, and improve the quality of presence at work.
No experience is necessary: everyone progresses at their own pace.
The goal is simply to offer a space to pause, reconnect with the present moment and allow a deep and lasting sense of well-being to take hold.
Hiking & mindful walking

Hiking and mindful walking are invitations to slow down and reconnect with what is essential.
It is not about performance or distance, but about a walk experienced in the present moment, at the rhythm of the body and nature.
Mindful walking helps to calm the mind, release tension and gradually move out of the “emergency” mode in which many operate on a daily basis.
Simply being in motion, outdoors, naturally supports emotional balance and inner clarity.
Along the way, attention is focused on breathing, bodily sensations, landscapes, sounds, and silence.
The walk is punctuated by breaks to observe, breathe, feel or simply be there, without any goal to achieve.
These hikes are accessible and suitable for the group.
They offer a space for refocusing, particularly beneficial during periods of stress, mental fatigue, or as part of a burnout prevention strategy.
Walking in this way allows you to rediscover a more balanced rhythm, reconnect with your body, and let nature become a true support for well-being.
Massage therapy

Massage therapy encompasses various manual approaches aimed at relieving tension, supporting the body's balance, and promoting overall well-being.
Each massage addresses specific needs, whether physical, emotional, or stress-related.
Shiatsu is a practice of Japanese origin, inspired by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
It works by applying pressure to specific areas of the body, in connection with the energy meridians.
This work helps to restore a more harmonious flow of vital energy and to soothe imbalances related to stress, fatigue or mental overload.
Shiatsu is practiced fully clothed, in a gentle and profound approach, particularly suited to the prevention of exhaustion and burnout.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is a targeted massage therapy technique, focused on the deep layers of muscles and connective tissues.
It aims to release accumulated tension, chronic stiffness, and areas of muscle overload.
Through slow and precise work, this massage promotes muscle relaxation, improves mobility and supports physical recovery.
It is particularly recommended in cases of persistent pain, physical fatigue or tension related to prolonged stress.
Lomi Lomi
Originating from Hawaiian tradition, lomi lomi is a flowing, enveloping massage performed with the forearms and hands.
It is characterized by long, continuous movements, promoting deep relaxation of the body and mind.
Beyond muscular work, lomi lomi acts on emotional release and the feeling of inner fluidity.
It is a comforting massage, ideal for releasing tension, refocusing and regaining a sense of unity and well-being.
